1. Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for all new VPS hosting purchases.

  • Applies to first-time customers only
  • Must be requested within 7 days of initial purchase
  • Full refund of the hosting fee (excluding setup fees, if any)
  • Does not apply to renewals or upgrades

2. Eligibility for Refunds

You are eligible for a refund if:

  • You are a first-time customer
  • You request a refund within 7 days of purchase
  • You have not violated our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy
  • Your account is in good standing

Refunds are NOT available for:

  • Service renewals (monthly or yearly)
  • Upgrades or downgrades
  • Additional services (backups, licenses, etc.)
  • Domain registrations or transfers
  • Accounts terminated for Terms of Service violations
  • Requests made after the 7-day period
  • Services used for more than 50% of the billing period

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Support: Submit a refund request through our contact form
  2. Provide Information: Include your account email, order number, and reason for refund
  3. Wait for Review: Our team will review your request within 2-3 business days
  4. Receive Confirmation: You'll receive an email confirming approval or denial
  5. Processing Time: Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days

4. Refund Processing

4.1 Processing Time: Refunds are typically processed within 5-10 business days after approval.

4.2 Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for purchase.

4.3 Bank Processing: Please allow an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or card issuer.

4.4 Partial Refunds: In some cases, partial refunds may be issued based on usage and circumstances.


5. Service Cancellation

5.1 Cancellation Process: You can cancel your service at any time through your account dashboard.

5.2 No Refund on Cancellation: Cancelling a service does not automatically entitle you to a refund unless within the 7-day guarantee period.

5.3 Service Access: Upon cancellation, you will retain access to your service until the end of the current billing period.

5.4 Data Retention: Your data will be retained for 7 days after service expiration, then permanently deleted.


6. Chargebacks

Filing a chargeback instead of contacting us for a refund may result in:

  • Immediate account suspension
  • Permanent ban from our services
  • Loss of all data on your servers
  • Inability to receive future refunds

Please contact us first to resolve any billing issues before initiating a chargeback.


7. Service Credits

In lieu of refunds, we may offer service credits in certain situations:

  • Extended downtime beyond our SLA guarantee
  • Service issues caused by our infrastructure
  • Billing errors or overcharges

Service credits can be applied to future invoices and do not expire as long as your account remains active.


8. Exceptions and Special Cases

8.1 Technical Issues: If you experience technical issues preventing service use, contact support immediately. We'll work to resolve the issue or consider a refund.

8.2 Billing Errors: If you were incorrectly charged, we will issue a full refund regardless of the 7-day period.

8.3 Service Unavailability: If we cannot provide the service you purchased, you're entitled to a full refund.


9. Refund Policy Changes

We reserve the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
