7.2 Our Backups: While we perform regular backups, they are for disaster recovery purposes only and not guaranteed.
7.3 Security: We implement industry-standard security measures, but you are responsible for securing your applications and data.
8.1 By Us: We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue services with reasonable notice.
8.2 By You: You may cancel your service at any time through your account dashboard.
8.3 For Cause: We may terminate your service immediately for violation of these terms.
8.4 Data Retention: Upon termination, your data will be retained for 7 days before permanent deletion.
